This update is not primarily about adding new features, but about rebuilding Next Housing on a cleaner, more coherent, and more scalable foundation for the future. It earns the MEGA UPDATE label because this is not a simple update, but a set of major overhauls across the script. Here is an overview.

Interface overhaul

• The interface has been fully redesigned to match the new NextCore standards.
• Information display has been reworked to be clearer and easier to read.
• Images now play a central role throughout the script.

Structural overhaul of the script

• Complete rewrite of the script architecture to make future features easier to add.
• Better long-term scalability.
• Partial or full rewrites of some features for better consistency with the RP universe.
• Overhaul of database connection management for better performance and stronger security.

Agency logic overhaul

• The agency can no longer manage every property on the server.
• Only the actual owner of a property can now sell it, rent it out, modify it, or add images to it.

Peer-to-peer overhaul

• The listing publication flow has been fully redesigned to feel smoother and more natural.
• The experience now feels closer to what real life would be like after buying a property.

New options

• New option to display default images for properties, with the ability to replace those images directly in the script files.
• New option to move the default stash and wardrobe locations depending on the property type.
• Added essential missing options for more flexibility.

This second part of the MEGA update around the real estate market includes a complete peer-to-peer sale and rental system accessible via a customizable command (/classifieds by default). The interface includes 3 essential tabs for complete management of real estate transactions between players

My Properties tab
